AFFIXIN TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE

These Terms and Conditions of Use (“Terms”, “Terms and Conditions”, “Agreement”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity (“User”, “Publisher”, “Advertiser”, “you”, “your”), and Affixin (“Affixin”, “we”, “us”, “our”, “the Company”), governing your access to, registration on, subscription to, and use of the Affixin website, tools, content, and all related services (collectively referred to as the “Affixin”).
By accessing, registering, subscribing, clicking, browsing, viewing, sharing advertisements, transferring balances, withdrawing funds, or otherwise using any part of the website, you expressly confirm that you have carefully read, fully understood, and voluntarily agreed to be bound by these Terms, as well as all applicable laws and regulations of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately discontinue all use of the Platform.
1. LEGAL NATURE OF AFFIXIN AND PLATFORM PURPOSE
Affixin is a digital advertising, engagement, and distribution platform designed to facilitate a structured connection between advertisers seeking visibility and users (“publishers”) who voluntarily engage with advertising content in exchange for activity-based rewards.
Affixin is expressly not:
- An investment scheme
- A financial institution
- A cooperative society
- A savings platform
- A lending platform
- A capital market product
All earnings on Affixin arise strictly from user participation, advertiser demand, and system availability, and not from pooled funds, promises, or capital appreciation.
2. ACCEPTANCE, CONTINUOUS CONSENT, AND MODIFICATION OF TERMS
By using Affixin, you acknowledge that:
- These Terms apply to all users, without exception
- Your continued use constitutes continuous acceptance
- Affixin may amend, expand, revise, or replace these Terms at any time
- Updated Terms become effective immediately upon publication
It is your responsibility to review these Terms regularly. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
3. ELIGIBILITY, LEGAL CAPACITY, AND USER DECLARATIONS
By registering or using the Affixin, you expressly represent, warrant, and covenant that:
- You are not less than eighteen (18) years of age
- You possess full legal capacity under Nigerian law
- You are acting in your own name or with lawful authority
- You are creating only one account
- All information provided is accurate, current, and complete
- You are not using Affixin for unlawful or fraudulent purposes
Affixin reserves the right to verify eligibility at any stage and deny access where necessary.
4. ACCOUNT REGISTRATION, OWNERSHIP, AND SECURITY RESPONSIBILITIES
Each user is solely responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of login credentials
- All activities carried out under their account
- Securing devices and networks used to access Affixin
Affixin shall not be responsible for losses arising from:
- Unauthorized access caused by user negligence
- Compromised credentials
- Third-party interference beyond Affixin’s control
Account sharing, resale, or delegation is strictly prohibited.
5. SUBSCRIPTIONS, ACCESS RIGHTS, AND PAYMENT FINALITY
5.1 Subscription Requirement
Publishers must maintain an active, paid subscription to access earning features.
Without an active subscription, users shall be restricted from:
- Viewing/sharing advertisements
- Earning ad engagement income
- Receiving referral commissions
- Withdrawing earnings
- Transferring balances
5.2 Subscription Duration
Subscriptions are time bound (e.g., thirty (30) days) and expire automatically unless renewed.
5.3 No Refund Policy
All subscription payments are final, non-refundable, and non-transferable, regardless of usage level, ad availability, or user satisfaction.
6. DETAILED EXPLANATION OF PUBLISHER EARNINGS
6.1 Ad Engagement Earnings
Publishers earn by voluntarily engaging with advertisements displayed on the Platform. Engagement includes viewing and sharing advertisements in accordance with system requirements.
6.2 Referral Subscription Commissions
Publishers may earn commissions when referred users purchase or renew paid subscriptions.
Referral earnings:
- Apply only to successful subscriptions
- Are calculated across predefined levels
- May repeat upon valid resubscriptions
7. AD AVAILABILITY, AD POOL, AND SYSTEM VARIABILITY
Affixin operates a dynamic advertising ecosystem composed of:
- Direct advertiser campaigns
- Platform-managed promotions
- Verified third-party ad supply
Ad flow may vary due to market conditions, advertiser behavior, and system optimization.
8. AD ENGAGEMENT RULES, VERIFICATION, AND MISUSE
Users must:
- Complete the required viewing duration
- Pass verification steps
- Avoid artificial engagement methods
Prohibited actions include:
- Automation
- Scripted activity
- False engagement
- Repetitive abuse
Violations constitute a material breach of these Terms.
9. PLATFORM ECONOMICS, FEES, AND ADJUSTMENTS
Affixin retains a portion of advertiser payments to cover:
- Platform infrastructure
- Staff and operational costs
- Security and compliance
- Development and maintenance
Affixin reserves the right to modify rates, limits, and earning structures without prior notice.
10. WITHDRAWALS, WITHDRAWAL SCHEDULE, AND PAYMENT PROCESSING
10.1 Withdrawal Eligibility
A user shall only be eligible to request a withdrawal from the Platform where all of the following conditions have been satisfied:
a. The user maintains an active and valid subscription at the time of the withdrawal request;
b. The user has successfully completed the Platform’s Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process;
c. The user has met the minimum withdrawal threshold as determined by Affixin from time to time; and
d. The user is not under investigation, suspension, or review for any suspected breach of these Terms.
Failure to meet any of the above conditions shall automatically restrict withdrawal access.
10.2 Fixed Withdrawal Day Policy (VERY IMPORTANT)
Affixin operates a fixed withdrawal schedule.
➡ All withdrawals are processed only once per week, every Friday.
Users expressly acknowledge and agree that:
- Withdrawal requests submitted before or after Friday will be queued and processed on the next available Friday;
- There are no daily, instant, or on-demand withdrawals on the Platform;
- Public holidays, system maintenance, banking delays, or regulatory reviews may affect processing time.
10.3 Withdrawal Processing Time
While Affixin aims to process eligible withdrawals on the scheduled withdrawal day, users acknowledge that actual crediting of funds may depend on:
- Banking system timelines;
- Payment processor performance;
- Verification checks;
- Fraud and compliance reviews.
Affixin shall not be held liable for delays caused by third-party financial institutions or circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
10.4 Right to Review, Delay, or Withhold Withdrawals
Affixin reserves the absolute right, at its sole discretion, to:
- Review any withdrawal request;
- Delay processing for further verification;
- Temporarily withhold withdrawals pending investigation;
- Cancel withdrawals linked to suspected fraud, abuse, or violation of these Terms.
Such actions may be taken with or without prior notice where deemed necessary to protect Affixin.
10.5 No Guaranteed Processing Time
Users expressly agree that:
- Withdrawal processing times are not guaranteed;
- Submission of a withdrawal request does not create an obligation for immediate payment;
- Affixin’s obligation is limited to processing valid requests in accordance with its stated withdrawal schedule and internal policies.
10.6 Forfeiture of Withdrawal Rights
Where a user’s account is suspended or terminated due to a breach of these Terms, Affixin reserves the right to:
- Cancel pending withdrawal requests;
- Forfeit wallet balances associated with fraudulent or abusive activity.
11. BALANCE TRANSFERS AND ASSOCIATED FEES
Users may transfer balances subject to:
- Both parties having active subscriptions
- Both parties completing KYC verification
- Payment of a 10% transfer fee
All transfers are final and irreversible.
12. KYC, COMPLIANCE, AND REGULATORY OBLIGATIONS
Affixin may request identification documents, proof of address, or other verification data to:
- Prevent fraud
- Comply with regulations
- Protect the Platform
Failure to complete KYC may restrict access indefinitely.
13. ANTI-FRAUD POLICY AND ENFORCEMENT
Affixin enforces strict anti-fraud measures. Prohibited conduct includes:
- Multiple accounts
- Fake referrals
- Self-referrals
- Identity manipulation
- System exploitation
Sanctions may include suspension, forfeiture of earnings, or permanent termination.
14. SUSPENSION, TERMINATION, AND FORFEITURE
Affixin reserves absolute discretion to:
- Suspend accounts
- Terminate access
- Withhold balances
No compensation shall be due upon termination.
15. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY AND PLATFORM OWNERSHIP
All content, systems, trademarks, and technology are the exclusive property of Affixin and are protected under Nigerian intellectual property laws.
16. DISCLAIMERS AND NO WARRANTY
Affixin is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
17. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Affixin shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or speculative damages.
18. INDEMNIFICATION
Users agree to indemnify Affixin against all claims arising from misuse, violations, or unlawful activities.
19. GOVERNING LAW AND LEGAL FRAMEWORK (STRONGLY EMPHASIZED)
These Terms shall be governed and interpreted strictly in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, including but not limited to:
- The Constitution of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, 1999 (as amended)
- The Cybercrimes (Prohibition, Prevention, etc.) Act, 2015
- The Nigerian Data Protection Act (NDPA)
- The Nigerian Communications Act
- Applicable commercial, contract, and consumer protection laws
All disputes shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of Nigerian courts.
20. DISPUTE RESOLUTION AND SEVERABILITY
If any provision is deemed unenforceable, remaining provisions remain valid and enforceable.
21. ENTIRE AGREEMENT
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between the User and Affixin and supersede all prior communications.
22. CONTACT AND OFFICIAL COMMUNICATION
All official communication shall occur through Affixin’s verified channels only.
FINAL LEGAL ACKNOWLEDGEMENT
By using Affixin, you affirm that:
- You understand these Terms in full
- You accept all obligations
- You assume all risks associated with participation
